Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Telecom System Administrator:- Provide operational support and administration for telecom systems, including Webex and 8×8 platforms.
- Engage in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) analysis and optimization to support cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and field technology teams to resolve escalations and support nearly 800 branches across the US and Canada. Participate in telecom/network projects, migrations, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain a customer-service focus, assisting with after-hours patching and on-call rotations.
Required Skills for Telecom System Administrator:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom administration with hands-on expertise in Webex, Webex Contact Center, and 8×8 PBX systems.
- Proficiency in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for executive-level reporting.
- Experience with cellular provisioning, vendor management, and service desk support environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
