IDR is seeking a Senior AI Governance Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to ensuring responsible and compliant adoption of AI technologies within a highly regulated industry. The position involves managing AI governance processes, risk assessments, policy compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support responsible AI deployment.

Position Overview for the Senior AI Governance Analyst:

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the AI governance program, reporting into the Privacy team under senior privacy counsel.
  • Manage AI asset inventory, risk assessments, compliance tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Collaborate across IT, Legal, Privacy, R&D, and other departments to ensure AI is adopted responsibly and legally.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives related to emerging AI legislation and standards.
  • Develop and maintain governance policies, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and effective monitoring.

Requirements for the Senior AI Governance Analyst:

  • Preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, or governance within highly regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Working knowledge of responsible AI principles and associated risks including bias, transparency, and data privacy.
  • Familiarity with AI-related regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act, FDA guidance, or similar legislation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and produce clear reports.
  • Demonstrated experience administering governance or compliance processes, including inventory management and risk assessments.
