IDR is seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves managing philanthropic programs focused on employee engagement and community outreach for a pediatric medical center. The organization is dedicated to healthcare and community service through their charitable initiatives.
Position Overview for the Annual Giving Coordinator:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating employee-focused and community-facing philanthropic programs.
- Manages the growth and execution of the annual Employees Care fundraising campaign.
- Executes specified Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) fundraising programs.
- Requires strong writing and editing skills to articulate themes and issues related to philanthropy.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues inside and outside the Foundation.
Requirements for the Annual Giving Coordinator:
- Three (3) years of progressive experience in annual giving, fundraising, or related fields such as sales, communication, marketing, or customer service.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance.
