IDR is seeking a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join one of our top clients for Broomfield, CO. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in accounting or finance who are looking to contribute to the accounts receivable process within a dynamic industry. Position Overview for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
- Manage and process customer accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with customer service and management teams to resolve billing issues
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools to maintain and update financial records
- Evaluate and streamline existing processes to improve operational efficiencies
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable processing
- Strong customer service skills as well as verbal/written communication and messaging skills
- ERP systems experience
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
